2 years ago I was in a rut, hating my body and not loving myself. Enough was enough and after struggling with coping and using alcohol to suppress my anxiety and depression I hit a low point.

From the bottom I came back, I found something that I fell in love with and it helped me to work on loving ME again. Health and fitness is what saved me from me, it became my passion, my self love and my career! I feel passionately about women healing themselves through taking care of themselves, connecting health with self love and remembering that NO MATTER what they are ALWAYS worth it.

I believe that health and wellness is a catalyst that trickles into all aspects of your life and can be the start of an amazing transformation mind body and spirit.

I believe you can NEVER be too low and that it is never too late to change. I believe you can choose to change, decide to be who you are meant to and and this is all part of my journey!

I Am now Pregnant with my daughter and first child. I am navigating my career, my changing body and ever so rapidly approaching changing life the best way I can. Loving my body through the process, learning and growing, making mistakes along the way and sharing that perfection is not required nor is is REAL
