Jason Hutchison was born and raised in the Vancouver area and has enjoyed living in downtown Vancouver for over 20 years. You will quickly realize his passion for Vancouver and, if Jason cannot convince you of the benefits of the local lifestyle, no on can.

From an early age, in taking on any task, he was fully committed. As a hobbyist aquarist, he was the only 19 year old in Vancouver with fish personally hand netted out of the Amazon River. His commitment and drive also surface in his professional life. In his first career in environmental consulting, he ascended from being a technician to ownership. Jason grew the firm from a staff of two working in a basement to 13 staff providing solutions to environmental challenges.

In departing the environmental consulting world, Jason moved to Buenos Aires. During that year, he was the inaugural Executive Director of Paper Kite Children's Foundation, a volunteer run non-profit created to fund orphanages and schools in Bihar, India. He has also served on the Board of McLaren Housing Society and Laughter Mission.

While overseas, Jason decided to combine his skills in client service, business and project management with his love for real estate. He started his realtor coursework through the Sauder School of Business while in Bihar, often studying by flickering candlelight. It has proven a perfect match and he thrives on helping people successfully navigate their home purchase and sale.

While working as a realtor, he saw how you as a buyer and seller of real estate could be better served. Throughout the marketplace it was common to see the complexity of the information, having incomplete information and not knowing the correct sequence of events cause people to become overwhelmed, confused and anxious.
