Jenn Foreman RMT

Jenn graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2012. Growing up in Squamish, Jenn developed a deep understanding for the 'Squamish lifestyle' and became a RMT to facilitate improvements in an individuals health, enabling them to have an active lifestyle in the Sea to Sky corridor. Early in life, her passion for massage therapy developed from an experience which brought many caring and empathetic healthcare workers into her life. Growing up in this setting, she learned the value of compassionate healthcare workers and wanted to be able to provide the same level of care for others. Jenn understands the importance of addressing not only the body but also the mind by treating each person with a deep level of respect and compassion.
Jenns treatment style includes myofascial release, deep tissue work, sports massage, orthopaedic massage and pre/post natal massage. She enjoys the challenge of a complex case and is always enthusiastic to educate patients on their health and well-being.
