Helping to Create Healthy Families from the Beginning and Infant Feeding are two passions of London, Ontario based mom and Registered Dietitian Jessica Ferris.
Jessica understands how influential the introduction of solid foods can be on future health and a child’s eating competence. Helping all parents build trust and confidence in providing these first steps are vital to establishing a healthy feeding relationship and managing picky eating.
With compassion and an understanding of the many barriers and anxieties towards introducing solid foods and weaning, Jessica uses current evidenced-based research and interdisciplinary approach to guide her practice along with compassionate support of parents and their children.
