All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit beforehand either cash, etransfer or credit card. Pickup is in hanmer and all sales are final. I strive on providing excellent customer service so please message me if there is anything I can help you with.

All glassware, tumblers, water bottles ect with vinyl are light HAND WASH only. No dishwasher, no microwave,no soaking in water and no scrubbing with abrasive materials.

Etched glassware is dishwasher and microwave safe.

My average turnaround time is about 2 weeks but rush orders are available (rush fee may apply).
