Dale is a certified Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, and she incorporates her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reflexology, and other healing modalities into her work. Her classes are designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and chronic pain, and to increase mobility, flexibility, mindfulness, and a deep sense of happiness and contentment. Dale has taught Belly Dance for more than 30 years, and was a student of Meditation Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh since 1992. Each of her classes incorporates a holistic blend of awareness that transports her students into a world of well being and deep relaxation. As an engaged and mindful community, students in her classes always feel safe, welcomed and respected in an atmosphere that supports joy and creative expression.
