Programming generally begins with a 4-week General Prep Phase (GPP) to get you up to snuff and moving more efficiently each day. Phase 2 starts to get a little bit heavier, we'll test your strength and program based off of percentages of those strengths. Phase 3 is where we start to really push you, you will be moving weights better than you ever thought possible. And you know what else? Entering Phase 3, you'll probably be wanting to train most days of the week, out-fun your children/grandchildren, have clothes that fit a little differently, and you could even be 1-2cm taller.
