K & S Home Inspections Ltd. was created because of working in the industry and seeing many of the problems that can arise in homes.
The "K" - Kevin has an eye for details in the home that most of us would never notice. With his knowledge and training at Carson Dunlop combined with the passion to help people in regards to their homes - whether purchasing, renovating, or investigating problems, the Home Inspection business is a perfect fit.
Adding in the Thermal Imaging certification to his skillset has proved to be a worthwhile investment as we have had many opportunities to investigate problems that would not be found any other way aside from ripping out walls / floors etc.
The "S" - Sandy is the business manager and the likely voice on the phone. Together, Kevin & Sandy make a great business team and will be looking to expand the business soon.
