More about K-Town Custom Cakes

How To Place An Order:
-Begin by contacting me directly on this page or by texting/calling 613-876-4470

Include The Following Details In Your Message:
-Your requested date
-Type of treat
-How many servings
-Flavor
-Icing selection and with or without fondant {if this is applicable to your order}
-Shape and size {if this is applicable to your order}
-Theme (attach picture if you have one you would like me to reference) {if this is applicable to your order}

What Next:
-Wait for a response
- I will reply with an estimate for your order
-From there if you are still interested we need to arrange a meeting

At The Meeting:
-At the meeting we will confirm all details for your order
-You will be provided with a few different styles of treats to choose from (there may be a price difference for each style). {If applicable to your order}
-You will be given a copy of the order sheet with all the details and sketches
-25% of your order cost must be paid at the meeting for me to secure your requested date. This amount is NON_REFUNDABLE. If you choose to not book your order at that time your order sheet will be held for a short period in case you change your mind
-You are able to book your order at any time as long as the 25% deposit is paid as well

Having A Booked Order:
-Shortly before your order is due I will be in touch
-We will re-confirm all details of your order
-We will confirm pick-up or delivery times; and who is to receive the order

Receiving Your Order:
-The cost of your order must be paid in full before the order is released to you
-You can choose to pay this in advance or when receiving your order
-Once the cake is in your care it is your responsibility
-On the odd chance that something happens with your order that you feel is not your fault; be it the construction of the order, or the way it was baked. IMMEDIATELY do not touch it (unless to pick up from a fall). Take pictures. And call me! I will want to see the damage first hand.

As always I am happy to answer any questions, comments or concerns. For now these are the guidelines that will be in effect for the first of August. These are to ensure better customer service and reliable orders for both the customer and myself.

Be sure to check back here closer to the 1st as I am sure I will have changed a few of the ordering guidelines by then.
