I find freedom and inspiration in movement whether I am watching or actually moving. I have been given the opportunity to introduce my Pilates and dance classes to the diverse training I have had through a warm up and work out that brings them into full body awareness, finding their center by getting both deep through the mind and the body as well as their breathe. By incorporating mat based moves to dance class and dance based moves to pilates I have brought grace to the mat and stability to the dance.
Being Reformer certified I have been able to bring Reformer based moves to the mat and dance which adds another layer of stability, lengthening, aligning and balance needed to maintain a body for a lifetime.
