Throughout my life, I’ve always been athletic but constantly battled yo-yoing weight gains and losses. Finally made the decision to change my eating habits and alter my fitness regime. Having been introduced to Beachbody’s Shakeology, Nutrition Portion-Control System and endless workout programs, I saw amazing personal results within the first 3 weeks which I haven’t achieved since before being pregnant, 12 years ago.

I understand how it feels to struggle with weight issues and finding balance in our lives with our hectic schedules. My desire is to help women, men and youth, to get stronger, leaner and reach their fitness goals. Motivating people to be the best versions of themselves while coaching healthy lifestyle.
