Katrina Holden - Massage Therapist

Katrina graduated from the Louisville School of Massage in 2012 and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. During her two year school program, Katrina studied traditional Swedish massage, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, anatomy, physiology, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, postural analysis, stretching and sports massage.
