Kelli Oshanek - Brantford Honda

Kelli Oshanek (aka thehappyhondasalesgirl) is the most senior member of the Brantford Honda sales family. Kelli is a new and pre-owned vehicle sales and leasing consultant with a real passion for helping people. With 15 years' professional customer service experience, she focuses on retention and customer relationship management. She has a thorough understanding of identifying consumer needs while exceeding expectations.

Kelli was born and raised in Brantford Ontario where she attended St. Johns College. She then attended Conestoga College where she was a peer tutor for both younger students as well as second career students in subjects ranging from Communication in Business to Economics. Kelli graduated from the Business Administration Management program and received her advanced diploma while earning a spot on the Presidents Honour List.

Kelli originally hails from the health, wellness, and hospitality industry. Starting as a Customer Service Associate at Movati Athletic (aka: The Athletic Club) in Brantford, her hard work and efforts as well as the ability to genuinely connect with staff and members fuelled a promotion to Team Lead and eventually a promotion to Customer Service Supervisor at Movati Athletic Waterloo. Although she loved her position, staff and of course the gym members, when the opportunity to join the Brantford Honda family arose, Kelli simply could not wait to come aboard.

During her down time, Kelli enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family and friends. Kelli loves meeting new people, hearing their story, and discovering what makes them tick. Kelli hibernates during the winter months and during the warmer months she can be found poolside or on the beach.
