Kelly Cottage

Bob's Lake is an incredible destination 12 minutes from Westport, 35 minutes from Perth, close to Ottawa and Kingston. The Kelly cottage sits near the north east end of the lake on a very large and beautifully groomed property. On the grounds there is lot's of room for football, badminton, croquet and any lawn sport. Of course, there is also a spacious fire pit. The lakefront is wide and includes a decked sitting area, dock, boathouse and concrete boat ramp for the fish and boat enthusiasts.There is great swimming and both a canoe and paddle boat available for use. The exterior also boasts a large front deck with the best view of the lake and, of course, a gas barbeque. The interior of the cottage has an incredible sunroom/ dining room with a pull out couch. The living room has a large television with dvd and a second pull out couch. The kitchen is complete and well equipped. The cottage features four bedrooms and 11/2 baths. Bedrooms one and two each have a double bed and closet and are nicely appointed. There are two larger bedrooms on the south side of the cottage and both have patio doors to a side deck. One of the south bedrooms has two double beds and the other has two twin beds. A beautiful property and an incredibly functional cottage that can accommodate a large group.
