Kelowna CrossFit was built on community. Forged by the love of this crazy thing we call CrossFit, we have come together to build a gym where we value not only the true foundations of what makes CrossFit what it is, but the community built within. Monthly bbq's, outings, sports on weekends. Kelowna CrossFit will always strive to be more than just a place to work out. It will be a place to see friends and family and work hard.
