Welcome! We are a mother and daughter team who, after losing over 125 pounds together, have devoted their careers to help you do the same!

We both lost weight by creating our own #KETO diet - you know, foods we love to eat in quantities that made us feel good - not some generic meal plan found online. We invite you to do the same through self-discovery, a little nutrition knowledge, and trust.

After losing weight we shared our journey in our first best selling book (2014). Then we wrote three more.

In the last 4 years we have studied hard, picking up certifications in Advanced Clinical Weight Loss, Nutrition Therapy, and Sport & Exercise Nutrition Coaching.

We have worked with thousands of clients through Facebook, SKYPE, Slack, MyFitnessPal and (most recently) PN's ProCoach platform.

Whether you've never dieted for weight loss, or don't know what types of food to eat, or have tried everything and nothing works, our coaching services are proven to work.
