THE LAND
Kew Vineyards is an estate situated within the Beamsville Bench appellation and has a long history and respect for growing some of the areas most coveted wine grapes. Our gently sloping land, well drained soils and ideal growing temperatures provide a classic foundation for growing our Bordeaux style wines.

THE PASSION
Our winemaking team is lead by the well seasoned Aussie Philip Dowell, an intensely passionate grape whisperer who has focused his life’s work on cool climate wines.

& SOME PHILOSOPHY
Increasingly, the Niagara Wine Region speaks of allowing the vineyard to tell her story each harvest, and create wines of terroir — Niagara terroir. Why? Because this philosophy leads to wonderful, world class wines that are uniquely Niagara. This has always been the philosophy at Kew since our original plantings in 1975.
