Komatik Real Estate Corporation was established in 2006 and acquired its first commercial property located at 169 Hamilton River Road in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL. We offer commercial office space for lease in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area. Komatik Real Estate’s commercial property offers not only a great space to conduct business, but the additional services to keep things running smoothly. Our building at 169 Hamilton River Road houses 6 office suites as well as the Komatik Conference Room.

The Komatik Conference Room is located on the ground floor of our building. Highlights of the Komatik Conference Room include:

The Komatik Conference Room can be rented on a full day or half day basis, and all rentals include our fresh ground custom Mamattuk Roast organic coffee, tea, and filtered water.
