La Bella Sucré

As you may or may not know my passion is cakes and creating amazing pastries. I have traveled to Paris, Belgium, Amsterdam and a few places in between in the search of great pastries and beautiful techniques and tools to help in my endeavors. Sadly we have had a tiny hiccup and have moved home to Ottawa as my father's final wish is to be home close to family due to the fact that his battle with Multiple Sclerosis has become quite difficult now and he is palliative.

Even bigger than my passion for cakes and the pastry world is my family! without my father who sacrificed himself for years, working multiple jobs never resting so that his children could have a better life forgot to take a breath himself and his MS has caught up to him.

Because of this and a serious injury to my arm I am on hiatus but have decided for the time being to post gorgeous cakes and amazing tutorials so that all of you may create outstanding works of art that I hope you share with me!
