Tabitha graduated from the culinary program at Fanshawe College and Dave graduated from the Cordon Bleu in Ottawa. We have both been in the industry as long as we've worked. With experience in the kitchen, as well as supervising and even manager large chain restaurants, we feel we have a lot of passion and hard work to share with the world.
While Tabitha has a talent with cakes, detailed design and anything baked, Dave excels with the main staples, like meats, sandwiches and any entrées you could imagine. With little direction we both create using our skills and our hearts.
We've both had opportunities to work with leaders in the industry; we've seen what we like and what we'd change, and now we're doing it our way.
