La Pizza Week

Pendant le mois d'octobre, 4 villes seront l'hôte de la 2ème édition annuelle de LA PIZZA WEEK, une compétition culinaire nationale d'un mois. Plus de 150 restaurants de Montréal, de Québec, d'Ottawa et de Toronto se disputeront le titre de meilleure pizza dans une sélection variée de catégories.

Tout ce mois, nous tiendrons des célébrations conviviales et familiales durant lesquelles nous recevrons des restaurateurs provenant de diverses régions de l’Est du Canada. Ceux-ci se rivaliseront dans huit catégories pour des mentions honorables et le droit de se vanter.

1. Pizza à croûte mince
2. Pizza al Taglio (Par la tranche)
3. Calzone
4. Pizza Dessert
5. Margherita
6. Pizza la plus originale
7. Pizza sans gluten
8. Pizza végétarien

Des plaques de La Pizza Week et des autocollants seront accordés aux gagnants dans chaque catégorie. Les finalistes (deuxième et troisième place) recevront une mention honorable. 2 prix par catégories seront remis-vous trouverez sur notre site internet www.thepizzaweek.com, la sélection officielle du jury et la procédure à suivre pour voter pour le Prix du public.

Pendant le mois d’octobre et au courant de l’année, une liste des restaurateurs participants, de même qu’une liste d’offres spéciales pour le public seront mises en ligne sur notre site internet www.thepizzaweek.com

Le public est invité à apporter son grain de sel pendant LA PIZZA WEEK en votant pour leur pizza préférée et leur restaurant favori, en partageant leurs photos de pizza sur Twitter et Instagram en utilisant le hashtag #LaPizzaWeek. Bien sûr, le public est invité à venir déguster en abondance tout un éventail de pizzas montréalaises pendant toute la semaine!

The Pizza Week

During the month of October, 4 Cities will play host to the 2nd Annual LA PIZZA WEEK, a month-long international culinary competition. More than 150 restaurants in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa & Toronto will compete for the title of best pizza in a diverse selection of categories.

This month-long, family-friendly celebration of everyone’s favorite comfort food will see restaurateurs from across Eastern Canada vying for honours and bragging rights in eight (8) categories:

1. THIN CRUST PIZZA
2. PIZZA AL TAGLIO (By the Slice)
3. CALZONE
4. DESSERT PIZZA
5. MARGHERITA
6. MOST ORIGINAL PIZZA
7. GLUTEN FREE PIZZA
8. VEGETARIAN PIZZA


La Pizza Week plaques and window stickers will be awarded to the Winners in each category. 2nd & 3rd runners-up will also receive an honourable mention.

Certificates and other prizes will be awarded to the Winners in each category.

Two (2) prizes will be awarded in each category
-the selection of our Official Judges’ Panel, and a People’s Choice Award, determined by public voting on our website. www.thepizzaweek.com

Members of the public are invited to participate in La Pizza Week by voting for their favorite pizzas and restaurants, sharing their Pizza Pics on Twitter and Instagram with hashtag: #LaPizzaWeek and, of course, feasting on lots and lots of delicious, mouth-watering Montreal pizza!
