Langley Women's Kickboxing and Conditioning

Classes are currently held tues and thrus mornings 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Cost is $89/month based on 8 classes. There is a one time $50 fee for gloves. A skipping rope is required which can be purchased thro me for $12 or you can get your own, and hand wraps can also be purchased for $10.
We have an awesome group of women. Kickboxing is a blast and a great workout. Come out and join us!!
