I am an entrepreneur passionate about reinvention - Have reinvented myself four times. From Oil Industry Professional, to Teacher, to International Consultant, to International Entrepreneur-Coach.
As a Corporate Facilitator, I help organizations get their employees to peak performances. Understanding the results achieved when tools, strategies and proven methods are applied, I’ve been offering same processes and Coaching to entrepreneurs and individuals who are ready to move to their next level of achievement and Significance.
When my first book on the Power of Words, ‘The Sharpest Tool to Wealth’ was published, I experienced first hand, the creative force of words. And similarly, as I became a Contributor author to a recently published book ‘Lightning Growth’, on Strategies for Today Leaders, I found out that, One of the most potent tool a leader could have is ‘Humility and Vision’.

In my travels to 27 countries, I have experienced that all of us have the same universal needs: to be loved, to be heard, to be seen. This experience with numerous diverse cultures, has opened my heart and spirit to see beyond appearances and strive to help others see their strengths, hidden talents, unfulfilled dreams, and deepest desires, so they can live their full potential.

What clients receive through their engagement with Leadership with Awareness programs and Coaching (a business created for global reach in both English and Spanish) is the awareness that what matters most is the Vision, coupled with clear values, principles, and focus -- each of these for the purpose of living their highest and truest potential in whatever area of life they choose – Relationships, Financial, Health, Career, etc.

I help clients imagine, design and align with the Vision of their New Reality, while providing the added value, support, and reinforcement necessary to put it into Action.
Most importantly, I am a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, community volunteer, etc. who have failed and got up, failed and got up, fail and Persisted…
My motto in life is : “I am 100% responsible for the results and reality I create”. Because of this, my life is about experimenting, synergy, dialogue, expansion, growth, transformation…and much more.

Esperanza Montalvo is an International thought leader, coach and entrepreneur. She helps people look at leadership, communication, and transformation, from a new paradigm – one that gives results under the new global structures and technological influences. Esperanza’s strong background in facilitating change within organizations allows her to easily adapt proven processes, methodologies and tools to individuals ready to move to higher levels of productivity and results. Her efforts enable people to create paradigm shifts that produce lasting impact.

Esperanza’s research, consulting, and training experience in the world of leadership and communications, began more than 15 years ago, and continues today. She has authored a book on the Power of Words – The Sharpest Tool to Wealth – and is a Contributor Author of a recently published book – Lightning Growth - on Success Strategies for Today’s Leaders. She has created a number of training workshops and presentations, and has been a featured conference speaker for the non-profit industry, numerous times.

Adding to her repertoire of experiences and background, Esperanza has travelled and visited 27 countries, lived and work in Canada since 1973, and Japan in 2005. One of her passions is to broaden her understanding on cultural differences, being racial, political or religious -- She is passionate about creating synergy and dialogue, even in the most diverse of environments. When not at her clients’ locations, Esperanza is in Dewinton – an acreage, 10 minutes from the oil capital of Canada, Calgary, where she’s lived since 1976.
She is the founder of Leadership with Awareness, an enterprise where she is constantly creating programs, (English and Spanish) with the vision of global online expansion.

With an specialization in Communications and Leadership from the University of Calgary, and certifications on training such as: 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Fierce Conversations, Emotional Intelligence, Professional Presentation Skills, Managing & Leading Teams, Insights, Dale Carnegie, as well as 15 years Toastmasters active member, she brings newness and transformation into the lives of her clients and Team – Her motto: “A leader is someone who takes 100% responsibility for his/her results”.
