Hudson Valley Farms is a pioneer in the production of Moulard Ducks in North America. Our facilites provide all steps of production, from the duckling to the final product destined for chefs and gourmet food lovers. Located in Southwestern Quebec, we operate our own federaly approved and monitored slaughterhouse, to provide the highest possible quality and control.
