Wednesdays and the certain weekend arrangements can be made.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and certain weekends arrangements can be made.


Initial appointment runs roughly 3 hours. I try to provide lots of information and tools to assist you with your new frequency. The cost is $120

Follow up appointments normally last two hours and the cost is $60

Class are available for Kids and Adults and can be arranged to work around your schedule. One on one classes are an option also.
