The elimination of undigested or fermented food and other waste products is as important as the proper digestion and assimilation of food. In fact, great danger lies in toxemia (the body filling with toxic poisons) which is the outcome of neglected accumulation and failure to expel feces, debris, and other waste matter from the body on a regular basis.
