Welcome!

My name is Michelle McFarland, I am a Quinte Area Resident & Real Estate Agent with EXIT Realty Group Belleville. I have been in Real Estate since 2014, and in Sales since 2007.

I love what I do!

What I have experienced in my time as a Realtor has lead me to the creation of this amazing Company, List Ready. Over the years, I have found that Sellers often don't know what to do or how to get their house List Ready. Often times, they don't want to be bothered with the amount of work it takes to get the house in pristine condition for the market. Here is where we come in! We will give you our professional opinion on what we feel needs to be done in order to get your house sold fast and for top dollar, then we prep the house according to what you choose to have done! Life and listing made easy!

Not all homes will require all of our services; however, I would say from experience that several could definitely use our help, even if it's just a simple clean.

I am a Realtor yes, so you may be wondering if you have to use me to list your home, the answer is no, you do not. If you already have a Realtor great, I'm a huge supporter of our local agents in the area! If you don't have a Realtor, I would be happy to assist you in the home selling process along with offering you services with List Ready. This is simply something I have created because I feel people need this! It benefits everyone involved, and I love helping people!

All services are billed on an hourly rate, excluding storage and the pre-sale inspection as they are a flat rate.
