Kendra Irvine- Living Light

I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education in 2004. Shortly after, I obtained my personal training certification through CSEP and later went on to train both privately and through gyms. I obtained registration through Alberta Kinesiology Association as a Kinesiologist and further secured employment at CBI Health- a tenure lasting seven years. In the meantime, I became a mom to two smart and beautiful girls. I had always been very passionate about my own wellness, I had just never quite put a name to it. Finally, in December 2014, I joined the IAWP to obtain my official Certified Wellness Coach Training. In the time I have spent learning about how to become a great coach, I have seen my own growth expand beyond what I thought was possible. And I continue to learn and grow every day. As a Wellness Coach, this has been the best professional experience of my life. My passion is my work and my work is my passion.
