Low Hammond Rowe Architects Inc is an architectural partnership in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with a reputation for exceptional client service, technical excellence and responsive design.

First established in 1985 (and incorporated in 1996), Chow Fleischauer Low architects evolved to become Chow Low Hammond architects in 2006. We have dedicated ourselves to exploring and understanding the unique vision of each client, and developing innovative design solutions that respond to the critical demands of the project, such as quality, inspiration, function, durability, economy and sustainability. Our projects throughout Vancouver Island and the mainland of British Columbia vary in scale, from houses and residential buildings, to complex institutional, community, and health care projects, to university laboratories, commercial buildings and interiors.

We are proud of the number of clients who rely on our services time after time, including: Vancouver Island University, the University of Victoria, the City of Victoria, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and the Greater Victoria School District.



As well as our three principals, who are licensed architects, our firm is comprised of architects, LEED accredited professionals, technologists and administrative staff. Dedicated to delivering exceptional quality of service and design, we approach every project with an open mind, believing that the most appropriate solutions are inspired by the intrinsic qualities of each project's conditions and context.
