Charmaine Allan, the woman behind Luminesce, is a certified cosmetic laser technician and a member of the Medical Aesthetics Laser Technology Council of Canada. She is dedicated to helping people love the skin they’re in: her mission is to help people look and feel the best at any age!

Charmaine has over 20 years of experience in the world of beauty and esthetics, including the last 6 years as a medical esthetician and certified laser technician, working with a number of leading dermatologists in both BC and Alberta. Her expert skin assessment skills allow her to propose the best treatments and products.
