About us:
Luther Homes was founded in 2015 by Luther Holm, because he saw a need for quality and affordable new homes in Fargo-Moorhead and the surrounding areas. At Luther Homes, you can expect one on one coordination with Luther. You are not one of 80, or 180 other customers, where you can get lost in the shuffle. Each customer is a huge part of our success.

Extras or Upgrades throughout the process?:
Whether you like what has been proposed, or you have multiple changes, each situation will be carefully coordinated. All cost changes are transparent and fair. We want you to have the home of your dreams!

Quality:
Quality is one of the most important goals of Luther Homes. As a young company, the only way to build a reputation and keep customers coming in the door, is providing unmatched quality (And keep in mind, quality isn't only on the surface. Framing, insulation, your mechanical systems. Each part of the process is very important for the final product.) We cannot stress this enough. Throughout the whole process, we are honest with you. Whether its about an upgrade, the finish date, or anything else. If we say we will do something, we will make it happen for you.
