Cranio Sacral Myofascial Massage Treatments Cranio Sacral Myofascial Massage Treatment is a non-invasive treatment that involves the therapist placing hands on the cranium (head) and the sacrum (lower back) and other body parts. The physical touch encourages the fascia to realign to the position it was meant to be. The fascia is an organ, similar to a full body spandex sleeve, that is a continuous web connected to the nerves, muscle blood and bone tissue as well as internal organs. When the body encounters any sort of trauma, bumping, bruising, strain, accidents, piercings, surgery, childbirth (mother or child) etc, the fascia is put out of alignment. With a myofascial treatment, it encourages the fascia to realign and thereby correcting the injury and releasing the strain. Length of treatment is 50 minutes for an adult with a fee for service of $50, 25 minutes for children 10 and under with a fee for service of $25.
