The MadLab Development Program is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on practicing skilled and strength bias movements.
We focus on snatch and clean & jerk constantly. We are also practicing gymnastics movements and metabolic conditioning.
Its a program that can be applied to athletes interested in competing in CrossFit as a sport or people who are simply looking for a structured strategy to their training.
The magic is in the consistency of the movements you are practicing. Our 6 week cycles allow athletes adequate time to develop their lifts and their skills all while building on each other in preparation for the next cycle of lifts and skills.
Long and thorough warm ups with corrective and preventive movements are key to long term health when training full time. This something that we pride ourselves on: avoiding injury and overuse while still training and making gains.
