Maybe you joined my page because we are family, friends or maybe you are a customer of mine or maybe its all of the above! But for the rest of you - who don’t know me personally, I wanted to share with you my story - my why. Why I joined this company and why it is already changing mine and my family's life for the better. If you have a moment, please read this.

Before having my kids, I always had a job (started working at 14 years old). I was used to working and earning my living. Having babies has been so so amazing but it was a hard and fast emotional and mental shift between what I had always done to what I had to do now. Now - I love being a mummy, it has always been a dream of mine and we had to go through a lot to have our babies so I am eternally grateful. But I was struggling with my purpose. I wasn't helping to make money anymore, wasn't contributing to our income in any way. My husband had assured me that this was ok, that raising our babies was my job now but it was something I couldn't settle in my mind.

When the girls were 8 months old my good friend approached me about trying the Rodan + Fields products but she also, in a moment of brilliance, told me about the business side of it too. Now, I'm a bit skeptical by nature so I didn't jump right in. It took me a week of reviewing the facts, talking with Murray (my husband), doing more research and asking more questions then she could probably count before I said I wanted to do it.

I jumped in with my head and my heart. I truly believe in the products, the doctors and most importantly, I believe in this business. Today I am 5 months with the company and I have done so much more then sell skin care products. I have made friends with some amazing and uplifting women, I have bolstered my self confidence again, I have made an impressive paycheck and I am growing it every month, I have better skin and most importantly I feel like I am doing something to help make my family's life and future better.

I haven't replaced my old income - yet. But I will. I will be able to help support my family, I will be able to put money away for my girls education. I will be able to secure our family's financial future. And I will be able to do it while balancing two babies on my hips and never missing a moment.

I know a lot of people out there are having hard times, we are. My husband lost his job in March and is still currently unemployed. But we aren't giving up hope. I will not stop trying to better myself and my business and I will not succumb to negativity.
