This Facebook page is intended to provide the public with a convenient option to access information about our organization and cheerleading across Canada, the United States, and specifically in Manitoba. Offensive, inflammatory and off-topic comments will be removed. For more information on terms of use, moderation and privacy, read below.

The views of those who comment on the MAC Facebook page do not necessarily represent the views of MAC, or our staff. As with all Facebook communities, respectful dialogue is welcomed and encouraged. Our administrators have the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate as follows:
• content that is off-topic
• offensive, abusive, obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit content
• threatening, defamatory, harassing, hateful remarks or unproven/unsupported accusations against individuals or organizations
• impersonation of any person or entity, or a misrepresentation of yourself, your age or your affiliation with another person or entity
• post or share any personally identifiable or private information of any third party without their consent, including MAC staff
• content posted without the necessary rights, licenses and consents, including videos, photographs that infringe upon or violate copyright, trademarks or other rights
• violation of any local, provincial, national or international law, or encourage conduct that may be deemed a criminal offense or a civil liability
• encouragement of comments that violate any local, provincial, national, international law or regulation anywhere in the world
• long-embedded URLs
• spam
• comments contrary to the principles of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

While we try to ensure the accuracy of the content, MAC is not responsible for any reliance by the user on the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of the content. In using this content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAC from all third party claims, demands, actions or costs (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) arising out of your use of these sites.

MAC cannot control the conduct of third parties having access to publicly accessible sites and disclaims responsibility for any personal information that is posted by you and/or used by third parties. Manitoba Association of Cheerleading (MAC) cannot commit to replying to all comments received on its Facebook page, but will reply to questions and take part in online conversations whenever possible and appropriate.
