Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of British Columbia

The Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of British Columbia (MHPO) is a registered not-for-profit society, representing nearly 400 manufactured home community owner and manager members throughout British Columbia. We are supported by industry partners in working to make manufactured home living a very positive, attractive, and affordable lifestyle choice.

Information is provided to our members through our website, newsletters, and spring and fall conferences that have been held in Kamloops, Richmond, Prince George, Surrey, Vernon, Nanaimo, Harrison Hot Springs, and Kelowna. In addition, our staff provide information, advice, and assistance in a broad range of legal, resident relations, and operational issues. The MHPO interacts with other industry and landlord associations, including the Manufactured Housing Association of BC, Manufactured Housing Institute (Canada), Alberta and Saskatchewan Manufactured Housing Association, the Manitoba Park Owners' Association, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations, BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association, and the Ontario Manufactured Home Park Owners' Association.
