McLeod Childcare

McLeod Childcare is located in the McLeod community in a quiet cul de sac.
I live in a 4 level split house. A lot of play takes place on the 3rd level where there is a play room, bathroom, and family room. My backyard is fully fenced and is a 1/4 of an acre with lots of green space and backyard toys.
Full-time care is offered to only 2 children at a time allowing me to provide care in a family style setting, that is both nurturing and loving. When your child is in my care, they are treated as one of my own children. While we follow a general daily routine it is more of a guide. Activities are based on children's interests and we love to get out into the community and explore. Playdates with other childcare providers and their children, picnics in the summer, going for walks, indoor play grounds (mostly winter), library, baking, and crafts are just a few of the activities that we experience.

I do not offer any specific pre-school programming but prefer to have children learn through play based activities. This is a great way for children to learn to communicate, develop fine motor and problem solving skills, use their imagination, among many other skills.
