Melissa Jones

My name is Melissa Jones and I have been a professional makeup artist and hair stylist for the past 15 years. I have worked in the fashion and film industry as a hair and makeup artist, and have been the key artist for productions such as the 2009 Mr. Gay World, ZDF National News Broadcast during the 2010 Olympics. I have also won multiple awards for my work on the Whistler Exposed Calendars (www.whistlerexposed.com).
I strongly believe in continual education and strive to stay at the forefront of my field through knowledge of new products, fashion trends, and service available in order to provide excellent service. I specialize in cutting edge coloring techniques, color correction, gray reduction, precision cutting, and styling, for any occasion, including weddings, special events, fashion film and television.

I place a high value on listening to my clients, creating looks to complement their face shape and enhance the skin tone through color while understanding their needs and respecting their hair. I strive to create an individual style for wide range of clientele all over North America and beyond if requested.
