Merland Park Cottages

Nestled on the shores of Picton Bay, just 2km east of the quaint town of Picton, Merland Park is a small quiet resort. We offer our guests a charming country experience with all the modern day amenities only minutes away. Our 13 cottages and 3 motel units are spread out across 3 acres of beautiful trees and laneways with every cottage overlooking Picton Bay.

Although we leave our guests to vacation at their own pace we do offer a large in-ground swimming pool, bonfire pit with wood supplied, horse shoe pit, kids playground, screened in fish cleaning station with running water as well as boat docking, launching and rentals.

We take pride in the cleanliness of our cottages and the maintenance of our property. Each cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, cable TV and air conditioners. Our newer and larger cottages have central air.

Our serene surroundings offer a relaxing care free holiday. You can bask in the sun or if you prefer, explore the many activities nearby. Take a leisurely drive through beautiful Prince Edward County, climb the sand dunes or walk the beautiful beaches at Sandbanks Provincial Park or go for a stroll through Long Point with its infinite variety of birds and wildlife.
