Michelle Atkins pursued a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta where she received her Certified Personal Trainer certificate through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT).
Michelle began working in the fitness industry as a strength and conditioning coach for provincial and national level athletes. Through extensive research Michelle began to realize that becoming a stronger and healthier individual does not have to be a complicated process. The same theories used to develop athletes are just as effective when used with the general population. Michelle believes in efficient training to achieve the greatest benefits possible for her clients.
Michelle is a recreational athlete herself competing in Olympic Weightlifting and the equestrian sports of Dressage and Eventing.
