Midas specializes in the manufacture, import & distribution of chairs, tables, umbrellas, material handling carts, plate crates, stanchions, and many more products for the event and EXPO markets. Key customer segments include the party rental industry, golf and country clubs, wineries, churches, schools and the tradeshow industries. Every one of our products is tested tough and meets stringent engineering standards such as those governed by ASTM.
Midas Event Supply was founded in 2003 by Chris Creed and Sandy Wu. The company's mission was to manufacture and import great products from it's network of factories overseas that would meet the tough, high quality standards of the North American marketplace while improving margins for U.S. and Canadian customers. In 2006 Midas Event Supply Canada was established and Sandy's daughter, Esther became it's President. Recently Esther moved to California to take over day to day management of our U.S. operation while Midas Canada's expansion is now being spearheaded by Zack Creed, (son of founder Chris Creed) Being a family owned business is important to Midas and we hope to continue to grow rapidly in upcoming years (maybe add the next generation too!)
