Meet our Denturists!

Jodie Atkinson
Jodie has worked in the denturist business for almost 15 years. Jodie has been in her own private practice in Dawson Creek, BC at the Mile Zero Denture Clinic, since February of 2010. A second, satellite location will be opened in Fort St. John, BC in the fall of 2014. Prior to opening her own practice, Jodie was employed in a denturist practice in Grande Prairie for 10 years. There, she learned the business from the ground up; starting first as a laboratory/office assistant in 2000 and later as a licensed denturist. Jodie completed her Denturist education from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2005.
Jodie takes pride in her workmanship and only accepts perfection from herself and her staff. She is known for her warm and caring chair-side manner. She believes that getting dentures can be a positive experience and she works hard not only to treat her customers’ dental needs but to “get to know them” as well. She is constantly looking into new products and continuing education as she constantly tries give her customers the best that is available.
Jodie was born and raised on a grain farm in the Alberta peace country. Jodie enjoys playing hockey, horseback riding and spending time with her family. She is happy to and appreciates the opportunity to work and help the community from which she was raised in.

Neharika Sharma
Neharika graduated in April 2013 from a three year program in Denturism from the George Brown College, in Toronto. She was employed as a practicing denturist in Newfoundland and Labrador prior to moving to Dawson Creek. Neharika is now a licensed denturist of the college of British Columbia and a registered member of the Denturist Association of British Columbia.
Neharika is skilled in the fabrication of complete and partial dentures, relines and denture repairs. She strongly believes in providing quality care for all of her patients. She understands the significance a state-of-the-art practice plays in the modern tech savvy world we live in, where we want everything to be completed quicker and with the highest quality. Neharika believes that the quality of patient care is number one and she strives to make her patients visits pleasant and efficient.
Neharika was born and raised in India until her and her family relocated to Canada in 2006. She lived in Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador before moving to Dawson Creek. When she is not working, Neharika enjoys travelling, dancing, music, sketching and giving back to the community.
