Now that winter and snow have arrived, my focus has shifted to providing health, wellness, nutrition, and exercise coaching in individual sessions (ideal) up to groups of six. Just remember if working in a group, the gaols of everyone matter and time will be divided equally among members.
Group exercise Military Boot Camps will start in early April (weather permitting).
