Julia Grace (cheesemaker) and Susan Grace (farm manager) have been producing cheese at Moonstruck since 1998. Our cows are the foundation of our company. The healthier and happier they are, the better is their milk. Our job as cheese-makers is to not only transform milk into cheese but to preserve as much of its flavour and goodness as possible during the process. That is why we use simple, old-fashioned recipes.
We welcome visitors to the farm, but as we are very busy we ask you to serve yourselves in our store. The cows will be more than happy to say hello and give you a kiss... or ten! Please leave all animals in the car, as they don't all get along with our girls. No smoking.
