Motion Fitness is a member friendly facility for all walks of life. Offering a range of lifestyle activities with daily Yoga, Group exercise and cycling classes. Featuring onsite child care, ladies only area, steam rooms, hot yoga studio, group exercise and cycling studios, with a large cardio area. All cardio equipment will be iPod and TV equipped.
