Established in 1995, Mountainview Studio (previously Island Pacific & Lois Lane) is one of the most prolific recording studios in Canada recording such notable artists as The Irish Rovers, David Gogo, Don Thompson, Phil Dwyer, and Joëlle Rabu.

The control room is quite roomy , enough room for Producer , Engineer , and a couple players . It can be loud enough to give you "the live performance " feeling , if that is what you need .I have parking for my vehicle and 2 more maybe 3 if they're not too big .
