The covered carport allows a great spot to make entry with your personal belongings and groceries. The main living space is open concept, with high ceilings and plenty of windows offering stunning views of the woods and lake. A large 55" TV, satellite bell service and a selection of movies for family movie nights. Walk out from this grand area to a deck, complete with covered awning, table and chairs to eat and relax at, and even a Hot Tub! There are two upper bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a single over double “trundle” bunk bed that comfortably sleeps 4, both sharing a gorgeous bathroom just away from the main living area. The lower level offers an additional bedroom with heated floors and a Queen size bed! Another wonderful bathroom for the lower level plus a big rec room also awaits you with a tv/games area and additional pull out sofa bed! The recroom has something for everybody with 46" TV with Blueray player, PS3, DVDs, Bell satellite, Fooseball, Air hockey, and games. There is a wood stove to supplement the cozy evening atmosphere or warm up on those cool fall/winter nights!

Outside offers a fabulous fire pit just steps from the cottage. A delightful meander down a trail leads you to the dock and the peaceful Little Browns Lake. A private natural lake full of wildlife. Excellent fishing and quiet boat rides will take away the stresses of regular life. (great for kayaking and paddle boating, but is very natural and has some weeds, so might not be your choice for swimming) but no worries, a fantastic clean and clear beach with boat launch area is less than 3kms away on same road on one of the "big three" lakes, - Lake Joseph!! Enjoy country life with fresh air and soaking in the hot tub and no neighbours to contend with! If you want to go to into town, it’s only 15 minutes to Parry Sound which offers all the amenities you could possibly need!
