My Daily Workout Boot Camp

For as little as $8.00 let us help you get fit at your own pace in a group setting, while enjoying the outdoors, rain or shine.

This workout can be as extreme or as casual as you like, you set the pace, and reap the rewards. A combination of cardio and strength training will provide the balance you need to ensure your getting the workout your body craves.

Things you will need to bring with you from time to time to get fit:
Runners
Water Bottle
Towel
Skip Rope
Burst Resistant Fitness Ball
Yoga Mat
Dumbbell (5lbs or higher)
Resistance Bands
