My Fertility Coach is me, Claire Benson-Mandl, and I started this service to help women gain information and support about the steps they can take to maximize their chances of becoming pregnant. I offer one-on-one coaching plans in person and by Facetime/Skype, as well as groups for women in same-sex couples looking for support and community as they strive to become parents.

I know a bit about this! After almost four years of planning and trying to become pregnant, I became a mother in 2008 to my wonderful daughter through the use of an unknown sperm donor and medical intervention. I know first-hand the frustrations, the anxiety, the financial burden, and the joy that can be involved in trying to conceive when various barriers make the process challenging.

Professionally, I trained as a Psychologist in Australia, where I practiced in Health Psychology and Occupational Rehabilitation between 1999 and 2004. Since returning to Canada, I have continued working in Health and Wellness, supporting hundreds of clients to overcome health-related issues in order to regain their physical and emotional wellbeing, and achieve their goals, including their dreams for a baby of their own.

I am a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (# 3651 and a member of the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (#1014).
