Kristina Mance Yoga

I aim to provide a class that is physically creative and challenging while focusing on strength, proper alignment and emphasis on the breath.

As a teacher, I try to incorporate yoga philosophy in my teaching because a yoga practice without breath and philosophy is simply a workout and you can get that anywhere. Some of the most important lessons in my life I have learned from my yoga mat, our yoga mats are a place thatencourages and supports us to slow down, heal, and transform.

I am here to support and guide my students and empower them to turn inward and connect to their true self.
